- 23 plus years experience in the construction industry.
- Hands on experience working on framing crews and being a Superintendent for over 10 years.
- Project Manager in charge of various restaurant and retail projects.
- Oversees project managers and estimators on all Harman Construction projects.
Scott Oates
Bachelor of Science Construction Engineering Technology, Texas Tech, 1992
- 18 plus years experience in the construction industry.
- Project engineer, superintendent, and project manager experience over the years.
- Worked in the capacity of an estimator for over 10 years.
Bill Wilson
Bachelor of Business Administration, Texas Christian University, 1982
- 23 years experience in the construction industry.
- Completed various types of construction as an estimator/project manager such as warehouses, schools, strip shopping centers, retail stores and restaurants.
- Directly in charge of Harman projects such as Olive Garden, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Love’s Country Store, Black Eyed Pea, and Taco Bell.
Greg Chambers
- 25 plus years experience in the construction industry.
- Completed various types of construction as an estimator/project manager such as warehouses, schools, strip shopping centers, retail stores and restaurants.
- Directly in charge of Harman projects such as Jack In the Box and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
David Holt
- 20 plus years experience in the construction industry.
- Hands on experience in metal framing/drywall, concrete, carpentry and millwork.
- Work as Field Superintendent for seven years before being promoted to Project Manager · Directly in charge of Harman projects such as Walgreen Drugstores, Chili's Bar & Grill, QuikTrip, Belks, Red Robin, and Strip Centers.
Field Superintendents
Harman Construction has a 15 to 20 man superintendent core. Each one of our projects
gets a full time superintendent who works closely with the project manager to
successfully complete projects. All of Harman's superintendents have a
vast amount of construction experience. There has NEVER been a Harman Construction
project not finished, which is mainly due to the strength of our Superintendents.
Office Support Staff
Beverly Lewis
is the house bookkeeper. She has been with the company since
1994 where her duties include handling about two to three million
dollars of receivables and payable each month.
Elvira Renteria is the Office Manager and Project Manager Assistant to Gabe Harman and Greg Chambers. Elvira is fluent in Spanish, which offers the company a bilingual addition to the team.
Elizabeth Pineda is the Project Manager Assistant to Bill Wilson and David Holt. Elizabeth started working with Harman in 2003 as an Assistant in the Bookkeeping Department.
Serena Carrillo came to work for Harman in 2003 and is our Estimating Assistant and Receptionist. She works hand in hand with the estimator in the bid process.
